Interview
We wanted to collect some respond from people to know their awareness of Food waste. Therefore, we used a "Climate change food calculator" of BBC as well as a question sheet to interview people in the public space.
We found that a majority of people are aware of the importance of food waste dispose and they are also willing to change their lifestyle to pursue a sustainable future. However, we found that the target group of Hoffman Centre is actually professionals, who have a certain understanding of sustainable development, so we did not gain much in this interview. Therefore, we continued to conduct research on Hoffman Centre's member to reposition our target group.
